Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Royal Lion Coaching. To ensure a respectful and effective coaching experience, please review the following terms before booking. Booking & Confirmation: Coaching sessions are scheduled upon full payment or as per your package agreement. You will receive confirmation and a Google Meet link within 24-48 hours. Please provide accurate contact details and check spam or promotion folders. Session Timing & Preparation: Join your session at least 2-5 minutes early to ensure connection and start on time. Sessions begin and end promptly. Please attend from a quiet, private space free of distractions. Silence phones and be fully present, free from substances that may impair awareness or intuition. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests within 24 hours or missed sessions result in forfeiture with no refunds or credits. Timely communication is appreciated. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of coaching as an energetic, transformative service, all sales are final. Payment reflects your commitment to growth and the coaching container provided. Please consider scheduling carefully. Contact us with questions before booking. Confidentiality: All coaching sessions are confidential. Jennifer Trieste will not share information without your explicit consent unless required by law. Recording Policy: Sessions are not recorded by Royal Lion Coaching unless agreed in writing. You may take notes for personal use only. Taking recordings or sharing recordings without permission is prohibited. Coaching Disclaimer: Coaching is not therapy or medical advice. It focuses on present and future goals. You are responsible for your wellbeing and choices throughout the coaching process. Agreement to Terms: By booking and paying for coaching with Royal Lion Coaching, you acknowledge understanding and agreement with these terms, no signature required. We honor the sacredness of this work and look forward to supporting your growth.
